Mr. Wilfred Chua, my property adviser for 2 rental transactions is a trustworthy person, who most of all is a very patient man who will try his utmost best to accommodate the client’s wants. I had used Mr. Wilfred’s services twice. He secured a tenant for my river place apt last year at a very good rental. He tried his best in cost cutting for furnishing the flat.
